McGregor’s Return to Combat Sports Remains Uncertain
Conor McGregor’s return to combat sports has been filled with delays and setbacks. After breaking his ankle in 2021 during his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier, McGregor has been off the scene. He has been teasing a comeback, but so far, nothing has materialized. Recently, he even mentioned a potential boxing match against Logan Paul in India, but that seems to be in doubt as Paul has shifted his focus to WWE. McGregor’s future in the ring remains unclear.
A Long-Standing Rivalry
The back-and-forth between Conor McGregor and Hasbulla is nothing new. Over the years, the two have exchanged jabs, both online and offline. McGregor’s controversial remarks about Hasbulla in the past, like the infamous now-deleted tweet where he referred to the Russian star in a less-than-friendly manner, are just one example of their ongoing feud. While McGregor’s words stirred the pot, Hasbulla has made it clear he’s not intimidated, using their history to fuel his latest comments. The tension between them is palpable, leaving many to wonder if their playful bickering will ever escalate to something more.
“I’d love to boot that little g Hasbulla over a goal post. How much to get him on the volley? Little smelly inbred.”

Hasbulla Responds with Confidence
Now, Hasbulla is getting the last laugh. Responding to McGregor’s comments, he said, “Well, Conor [Mcgregor] loves to hype. He thought he would hype himself up, but he promoted me instead.” Hasbulla is not backing down and has vowed that if the two ever cross paths, he wouldn’t hesitate to act.
“If we crossed paths, I would kick him in the legs… I’m a man. Why should I run from him?… He’s not an athlete anymore. He uses [drugs] there.” Hasbulla continued.

What’s Next for McGregor
While McGregor’s return to the UFC is still uncertain, with his scheduled fight against Michael Chandler delayed due to another injury, he is still managing to keep himself in the spotlight. Whether McGregor will be able to reclaim his former glory or if Hasbulla might get his chance to kick him in the legs remains to be seen.
