My sports watching career is pretty simple at this point unless I have a rooting interest in something or someone. Simply put: I root for complete and utter chaos, and not WCW Vince Russo chaos. No one can handle that kind of chaos without suffering a severe brain hemorrhage. I’m talking about Ron Artest going into the stands and fighting in the The Palace of Auburn Hills when a fan threw a beer at him chaos. It’s interesting and entertaining plain and simple.
So you can imagine how delighted I was when I saw that my favorite NHL coach, John Tortorella who I call JTorts for short, since we are close, or at least I like to think so. Got into an altercation vs. the Calgary Flames.
Now this did happen all the back in 2012 as well, when the Devils put their 4th line out there to start the game, much like the Flames did tonight. Now it didn’t just stop at an entire line brawl. During the 1st intermission, JTorts went over to the Calgary Flames locker room and appeared to have some not so nice things to say about them.
Don’t ever change JTorts, don’t ever change.
