So Garcia is calling out Bellator featherweight champion Julia Budd and nobody is talking about it. This is progress. Not only is Garcia looking to fight someone her own age, she is fighting someone in her *checks notes* well close to her weight class.

Not only is this a cross-promotional fight, Rizin versus Bellator, but this is an open-weight fight.
