Memorial Day, a time in which we remember our military service by BBQing and drinking foreign beer. That’s the standard protocol for nearly every America-centric holiday. We need to change it up a bit. Perhaps we should celebrate Columbus day by dressing up in drag and going to the gym. Just something that would endlessly confuse society to the point of blanket acceptance. At MiddleEasy we tried to take off the day — just for the sake our own sanity. It sort of worked out. I mean we just published three articles, including this one. However whenever a holiday falls on a Monday we feel an incredible sense of guilt — like we aren’t fulfilling your needs.
