An MMA fighter with the last name Perry suffered a nasty nose injury — but it wasn’t Mike Perry.
Blake Perry took on Marcel McCain in a welterweight contest at Urijah Faber’s A1 Combat 4 which took place Saturday in Stockton, California.
It was a competitive back-and-forth fight until McCain caught Perry with a flush knee to the face during a clinch situation.
Perry suffered a nasty nose injury right away but continued marching forward.

However, the true extent of the damage was on display when the fighters went back to their corners as Perry’s nose was rearranged to some extent.
Be warned that it is very graphic.

Despite the extent of his nose injury, Perry remained undeterred and was ready to fight in the second round.
However, the referee and ringside physician determined that the contest should be stopped and that’s what ended up happening.
The bad news is Perry went 1-1 in his professional MMA record.
The good news is he was able to get his nose back into place backstage which you can watch below:
Perry notably made his pro MMA debut at Bellator 279 when he submitted Makoa Cooper.
