Nearly every Friday night Bellator delivers a solid MMA action for our eyes and brains to enjoy, and last night was no different on Cinco de Mayo’s eve. We saw the continuation of the welterweight tournament as Bryan Baker outlasted Ben Saunders after multiple close finishes. Ryan Ford reaffirmed our belief that we do not want to meet him in a rainy alleyway wearing leather jackets at night, and Michael Chandler put an absolute beating on Akihiro Gono. So much so that the afro’d dancing maniac we love so dearly called it quits on his illustrious career.
