Eagle FC 47

The full Eagle FC 47 card has been finalized.

Following Eagle FC 46, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s promotion returns to action Friday night at the FLX Arena in Miami for Eagle FC 47.

The headliner is a heavyweight bout between former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos and Yorgan De Castro.

It will be Dos Santos’ first fight since getting released by the UFC last year. Prior to that, the Brazilian lost his last four outings all by way of TKO.

As for De Castro, he will be looking for his third straight win. He last scored a Submission (guillotine choke) win over Shaun Asher at Eagle FC 44 event.

The Cape Verde native has won his last two outings since his UFC tenure ended last year. His most recent showing was a submission win over Shaun Asher at Eagle FC 44 back in January.

Also in action is former UFC middleweight Hector Lombard who takes on fellow UFC alumni Thiago Silva in the co-main event.

Other notable names competing on the card are former UFC fighters Maki Pitolo, Andrew Sanchez and Ronny Markes to name a few.
