It’s the fight that people have been clamoring over since the days of DREAM and Strikeforce. The Dragon vs. The Dreamcatcher — the greatest moniker in MMA history vs. the most bizarre and ill-acquired nickname in the sport.
Just a few minutes ago UFC announced that Lyoto Machida vs. Gegard Mousasi will be going down on a UFC Fight Night card on February 8th. We’re assuming they will be main-eventing the card, and now we finally know what Mousasi has been up to since that strange bout with Ilir latifi. Speaking of which, whatever happened to that guy? Is he still signed to the UFC?
