Donald Trump, who’s going to be the new president soon, walked into a big, exciting place called Madison Square Garden. He came with some famous friends, UFC boss Dana White, super-smart Elon Musk, and rock star Kid Rock. They were all there to watch UFC 309 on Saturday.

When Trump arrived, the crowd went wild with clapping and cheering, it was super loud. And this isn’t his first time at a UFC event. He’s been to other big fights before, like UFC 302. Looks like he’s a big fan of these thrilling matches.

Dana White is good friends with Donald Trump. He even talked about Trump on a big stage during a special event called the Republican National Convention in 2024.

Before the fights on Friday, people asked Dana if Trump would be there. But Dana kept it a secret and didn’t say yes or no. Then, surprise. Trump showed up, and everyone was so excited.

Lots of fighters at UFC 309 were excited and talking about if Donald Trump would come. This big show happens every year in New York, so everyone wanted to know.

Since Trump showed up, there were lots of people keeping things super safe. He got to sit right next to the cage with his friend Dana White. A long time ago, fighters would sometimes jump out of the cage to say hi and shake Trump’s hand. But now, with the Secret Service there, no one knows if they can do that again.

Trump has a front-row seat to see everything. Jon Jones is going to fight Stipe Miocic to keep his big, shiny belt. Then Michael Chandler is going to try to beat Charles Oliveira in a long, exciting fight. It’s going to be so cool to watch.
