I’m mainly writing this article to remind myself that the UFC on Fuel TV prelims go down today at 3:00 pm PST on Fuel.TV. This is the first time Fuel has ever broadcast any MMA event on their website, so you may want to expect moments of frustration while watching the event. Granted, we could be wrong. In fact, we’re probably wrong. Assuming UFC has full control over the Fuel TV stream, there shouldn’t be a problem. Admit it, you didn’t know prelims started at 6:00 pm EST/3:00pm PST. that’s why MiddleEasy exists — to digitally slap you in the face with information.
It’s tough to mention Melvin Guillard without referencing Simon Phoenix from Demolition Man. He’s the guy that gave birth to the look, and since then Kevin Randleman brought it to MMA and handed the sacred style to Guillard. I’m sure there was some platinum blonde ceremony that went on behind closed doors between the two. Imagine if that wasn’t even Melvin Guillard’s hair, but some alien symbiont that resides entirely on the top of Guillard’s head. This alien symbiont feeds on Guillard’s ‘explosiveness’ and ‘natural athleticism.’ It’s clear that this alien symbiont is racist.
