Don't forget, this spinning back fist actually happened at UFC 161

Did Tyron Woodley deserve to win his UFC 161 tilt with Jake Shields? Perhaps. Did he land a tremendous spinning back fist? Of course he did — but that was pretty much the only exciting moment in an otherwise monotonous card. Even Dana White passed on speaking about the event during the post-fight press conference at length.

In a way, the Woodley vs. Shields battle personified the whole card, something that was promising which ended up being, well, kind of lack luster.

Regardless, we’ll always have the spinning back fist that almost made the fans decide not to boo. Almost. Can’t boo the back-fist, though. No way. Let’s not forget that this actually happened at UFC 161.
