Diego Sanchez Batters Mickey Gall In the Second Round
Diego Sanchez put on a vintage performance tonight (Sat., Mar. 2, 2019) in the prelim card of UFC 235 from inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, when he mauls Mickey Gall via second-round TKO in a welterweight bout.
Early on Gall threw some heavy strikes while “Nightmare” found his pace and landed in the clinch. Diego took the Gall to the canvas and started his ground game. By the second round, Gall responded with few power punches, but Diego’s wicked knee dropped Gall to the ground and from their Sanchez brutally mauls Mickey Gall en route to the finish.
