I met Butterbean on three separate occasions and all three times ended with him putting me in a headlock. Despite the hazing, he’s still one of my favorite characters in combat sports. Not only was he a boxer, a kickboxer, and an MMA fighter, he has a highlight reel of KOs that could make team Golden Glory blush. Just kidding, Golden Glory is incapable of blushing, they’re faces are naturally desensitized from years of not fearing anything. While Butterbean is still somewhat actively competing, he’s also training his son to pick up where he leaves off whenever he decides to retire. Sadly, his son has started his MMA career 1-4, but he’s still Butterbean’s offspring, and that makes him totally worthy of four minutes of your time in his most recent loss to Jason Painter. [Source]
