DC created a badass poster for UFC 181

There are various schools of thought when it comes to the process of change. Some see it as a good thing; some see it as a bad thing. Walter White sees it as an integral part of the expanded metaphor that describes his humble beginnings and eventual descent into villainy. It is what it is. Wherever your beliefs on change lie (go ahead and tell us in the comments, why not) one thing that I think we can all agree on is that the UFC’s promotion could use some change. In the last couple of years they have occasionally gone outside the box with their posters and media spots, but as a whole everything is usually presented with a lot of “meh.”

Enter Howard Porter.

Porter is the artist that DC used when they partnered with the UFC to create this awesome new poster for UFC 181. The “Giant Sized Issue” and old school UFC logo are nice touches.

And yes. We know that fighting with a title belt strapped around your waist is not practical. It’s just for visual effect. It’s a promotional poster. Don’t be that guy.
