Daniel Cormier And Jon Jones Get Personal Over UFC 232 Drug Test Finding

Earlier tonight news broke that former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones UFC 232 USADA drug test came out abnormal, found trace amount of the same Turinabol metabolite that ‘Bones’ had popped in his system following a Daniel Cormier fight at UFC 214 last year.

After a flagged test, NSAC wasn’t willing to grant Jones a fight license to compete at UFC 232 this weekend. As a result, UFC announced they’d be moving UFC 232 PPV event from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, and it will take place on the same date December 29th.

Moreover, Jon Jones vs. Alexander Gustafsson still on, as California commission has already granted ‘Bones’ his fight license because they are already aware of details of Jones first finding.

Daniel Cormier who has a history with Jones responded to this matter after it was revealed. Jones didn’t waste any time and quickly jumped into his defense and shortly after things become personal.

Shortly after this beef, Jon Jones issues a statement saying ‘I am a clean athlete’:

I’m focused on achieving my ultimate goal of reclaiming my Light Heavyweight title. I have willingly submitted to every USADA test in the lead up to this fight and USADA has confirmed what I've been saying all along, that I'm a clean athlete. I sincerely thank the California

Jones then followed up with this tweet:

To that Cormier also fired shot:
