In the meantime, Dana White has said that he believes Frank Mir vs. Brock Lesnar III makes sense — so much sense that he wants Brock Lesnar to fight Frank Mir in an upcoming rubber match.
“He never asked for Roy Nelson, that’s not true. The last thing I did hear was that he wants to fight Frank Mir again. That fight kind of makes sense so… We will probably see Lesnar fight Mir next, I think that the rubber match makes sense.”
Another chance for Frank Mir to exorcise whatever demons have been haunting him since UFC 100. Still no word on if Frank Mir has dropped weight in order to improve his hand speed, something he mentioned in a radio interview a few months ago. However, judging from his most recent fight against Mirko Cro Cop at UFC 119, Frank Mir must have followed the same diet plan as Ubereem and there are a lot less horses living on this earth.
