Dana White pulled the largest ratings in the history of UFC and he owes it all to a guy this time last year said ‘He sucked‘ and ‘He would get murdered in the UFC‘. It’s cool Dana, I say a lot of stuff that I really don’t mean…especially when I’m drunk (sorry Amy, Zoe, Tereza…and sometimes Frank Trigg). Check out what Dana White told Kevin Iole about the rindunkulously watched TUF 10 episode this week:
“These numbers are beyond huge. I’m blown away. I honestly am blown away. I knew it was going to be big. This is massive. Do you understand how significant these numbers are, getting more viewers than CBS?…It’s hard to say why, but some people have it and some don’t, and Kimbo definitely does.”
“It’s a really good season…The fight (between Slice and Nelson) sucked. I wasn’t happy with any of the fights the first three weeks, to be honest. I was disappointed by the way we came out of the gate in terms of the fights. But the fights really get better. By episode 8, believe me when I tell you, you’re going to be going wild.”
Kimbo Slice is going to retire in the UFC. Dude is going nowhere like Mandy Moore’s singing career (it’s alright, she’s still hot. Actually she’s really hot). [Source]
