UFC CEO Dana White has some thoughts on the current state of people in America, and Nate Diaz has chimed in.
White recently appeared on the “Full Send Podcast” and shared his belief that some people in the United States don’t appreciate the country they’re living in. He also feels that America has gotten too soft, which doesn’t leave him with much hope if a world war breaks out.
The UFC boss mentioned the pride that many people from other countries take in the place they live in. He doesn’t see that same vigor from U.S. citizens, and he believes there is a lack of respect for service men and women.
Dana White Picks Khabib’s Crew to Defeat America, Nate Diaz Weighs In
White doubled down as he continued speaking on the podcast. He went as far as to say the team of UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov in Dagestan would have no problem laying the smackdown on America.
“If we go to war right now, are you confident in this generation that we have right now that these guys are gonna go out and storm some f*cking beach somewhere or whatever? There’s a small handful of people, most of them probably down around the Bible Belt and down south that’ll actually f*cking stand up and fight for this f*cking country right now. It’s scary. Khabib’s crew in Dagestan could probably come in and take over this f*cking country right now.”
Diaz ended up commenting on White’s remarks on an Instagram post of the video clip. It’s clear that Diaz hasn’t exactly resolved his beef with “The Eagle.”
“Agreed,” Diaz wrote on Instagram. “But kabob and his friends ain’t gonna do sh*t.”
White has remained supportive of Donald Trump and has said if the former POTUS gets another run in office, the people claiming they would move to another country will ultimately stay put.
