250k B-day present
On Monday night, a video NELK member Kyle Forgeard shared a video on his Twitter of Dana White giving him $250,000 for his birthday.

Controversy
The video caused some controversy online, with most people saying that White paid the leader of the Nelk Boys more than he paid his fighters or champions.
Twitter user JoeyPeralez wrote, “Pays his fighters 20k then gives a way 250k to someone who doesn’t need it.”
Yet the fighters that sacrifice their health for entertainment to make Dana money will never sniff this amount, let alone receive healthcare, makes sense

The people defending White had a simple argument, that is White’s money, and he can do with it whatever he wants.
“There’s a difference between spending the Endeavor’s Capital, and spending your own personal money. People in the comments just be saying anything . Fighter union?
Fighter pay is a very big talking point in MMA these days, and videos like these get everyone riled up.
Former UFC fighter Louis Smolka even spoke out after seeing the video. He suggested a fighters union, something that has been tried several times.
White wasn’t in attendance for UFC 276, the promotion’s biggest event of the year, for undisclosed reasons; however, there are rumors he was on vacation for his birthday.
