Nobody ever knows what Dan Henderson is thinking, all we know is that we want to see him continue dominating fighters half his age who think they have what it takes to send the Pride veteran into retirement. Every time you’ve counted him out and thought he was too old to continue competing at this level, he provided you with a highlight reel knockout that makes you wonder where your God is.
If there is a God, he’s clearly a Dan Henderson fan. When they meet in the afterlife, they’ll probably hang out on a cushy sofa and high-five each other every time FuelTV replays his knockouts of Michael Bisping & Fedor. Not sure how Jon Jones feels about God’s bromance with Hendo, but luckily, in the world of MMA, we get to see who God favors when they compete at UFC 151. Until then, Hendo wants to re-assure you that he has more ways to win this fight than just his right hand, and if I were you, I’d believe him.
