Dan Henderson is flying to Evolve MMA in Singapore to get ready for Lyoto Machida

Dan Henderson is flying on a plane (entirely powered from the stored energy in his right hand) to Singapore to frolic with the murderers at Evolve MMA. Maybe ‘frolic’ is the incorrect verb to use in this scenario. Enchanted forest nymphs frolic. The guy who made that McDonald’s meal from powder and a microwave frolics. Dan Henderson judges — as in he judges your need to stay conscious through the use of his overhand rights. If you’re guilty, your name will forever be engraved in the highlight reel hall of fame or live throughout eternity on one of the greatest .gifs of all time.

We know you’re aware of the rumor that Dan Henderson will be fighting Lyoto Machida by the end of the year. Peter Parker’s ‘Spidey Senses’ has nothing on your ‘MMA Radar of Rumors.’ According to Caged Insider, Dan Henderson will be traveling to Singapore in the immediate future to train with Shinya Aoki, Zoro Moreira, Rich Franklin, along with a crew of ridiculous muay-thai world champions at Evolve MMA. Last year I flew to Singapore to visit the newly opened gym, which looked exactly like a slice of Beverley Hills nestled deep within the Far East. Since then, we’ve visited the gym on a number of occasions, and every time Chatri Sityodtong greeted us with acai bowls with berries flown in from Brazil. It doesn’t get much baller than that, folks. We actually talked to Chatri this afternoon and he told us “Dan is one of the biggest legends in history and it will be an honor to train with him.”

A few months ago we filmed an open workout from Evolve MMA and since we think it should be at least in the 10,000 YouTube view realm, we’re giving it to you again in full HD. Enjoy.
