Back in middle school, everyone had that guy in their gym class who would do the splits in an attempt to shock other inflexible guys in their class. At one point in my life, I wished I was that guy. Alone, in my void of superhuman flexibility, I would have been one step closer to enlisting as a student of Professor Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters. All my hopes have subsided. I can touch my toes, and that’s good enough for me. I woke up this morning with the assumption that Carlos Condit is the type of guy that would do the splits in gym class, and apparently Dan Hardy is a guy with a life’s worth of sheer resentment.
