Well, if you happened to have caughtour Sunday Morning Rumor Mill you’ll know that we talked about how Cyborg vs. Anderson is being targeted for early 2018. Well it looks like those rumors were true. As Cris Cyborg the 145lb champion has taken to Instagram to promote her ‘upcoming fight’.
It’s not been confirmed yet by the UFC but the fight makes logical sense. Hopefully it’ll be made. Cyborg is coming off a victory over Holly Holm, she has no injuries and Megan Anderson is from Australia where the card’s being held. Win, win for both parties involved.

Anderson is (8-2) in MMA and is the current invicta 145lb champion. She also managed to win her last fight against Charmine Tweet in the 2nd round via TKO. She was supposed to foght Cyborg back at UFC 214 yet pulled out citing ‘personal reasons’ you can read more about the 145lb belt here.
