Conor Mcgregor Threw A Jab At Max Holloway; Blessed Swiftly Fires Back

Max “Blessed” Holloway successfully defended the featherweight title for the first time on Saturday, December 2 in the main event of UFC 218 and starched out Jose Aldo via third-round TKO.

Holloway stacked his current streak to a whopping 12-straight. Blessed’s last loss occurred back in August of 2013 when he was beaten by Conor “Notorious” McGregor.

UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor might not have a date set for his return to the UFC octagon, but that doesn’t mean that Notorious is blindside what’s happening in the promotion, or at least what’s going on in the featherweight class where he was once the champion.

At the UFC 218’s post-fight news conference Max Holloway was asked about the possibility of a potential rematch with McGregor, who beat Holloway via decision at UFC Fight Night 26 back in August 2013.

Notorious, who captured titles in two weight classes and fought all-time legend Floyd Mayweather in a boxing blockbuster in August.

Shortly after Holloway’s UFC 218 victory, McGregor took to Social Media to remind him of this fact.

Surprisingly Max Holloway didn’t waste any time and fires back at Mcgregor.
