Conor McGregor has once again gone off on multiple members of the UFC roster in a tweet-and-delete binge that includes targets Matt Brown, Alexander Volkanovski, Dustin Poirier, and Justin Gaethje.

This guy woke up, did a bump, and started tweeting,” welterweight veteran Matt Brown wrote on Twitter in response to McGregor’s latest tirade which was tweeted and promptly deleted. Brown and McGregor have been at odds with one another as of late, the catalyst being Brown’s acquisition of the all-time UFC knockouts record following a first-round destruction of Court McGee on May 13. McGregor immediately acknowledged Brown’s shiny new accomplishment and expressed a desire to make it his own.

Matt Brown didn’t take kindly to attention that the Irishman started paying him and delivered a scathing response to Conor McGregor’s initial Twitter taunts during an appearance on Michael Bisping’s Believe You Me podcast.

“Everything you see, it’s him drinking or getting coked up, or he’s juiced out of his mind. That’s f*cking bum life to me. All that money don’t make you not a bum. You’re still a bum to me, bro,” Brown said of McGregor.

Of course, it didn’t take long for ‘The Notorious’ to go for the lowest hanging fruit possible in his response, bringing up Matt Brown’s history with drug abuse.

“Matt Brown, heroin addict,” McGregor wrote.

Brown snapped back tweeting, “Former user vs. current coke addict. Let’s go!”

Matt Brown also took a shot at Conor McGregor’s reaction to coming up short against UFC Hall of Famer Khabib Nurmagomedov, a focal point of the Irishman’s recently released documentary on Netflix.

“And Conor cried in the locker room getting hugs from coaches. I got the fuck back up and moved on. We are not the same,” Brown claimed.

Reigning UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski found himself in the middle of the fracas after ESPN shared a tweet asking fans about a fantasy matchup between ‘The Great’ and Conor McGregor, a former featherweight titleholder. McGregor promptly responded, taking a dig at Volkanovski and even managed to lob insults at both Justin Gaethje and former opponent Dustin Poirier, disparaging the two men over their BMF title fight scheduled to headline UFC 291 in July.

“The UFC P4P Number 1 (ye right) needs weighing scales and specific divisions to compete against me,” McGregor tweeted in response. “So who’s really who and what’s what? The BMF title, the baddest jackasses in the sauna title. Little bums. Little one division, never champion bums! Nothin bad about ya’s!”

Conor McGregor’s latest Twitter tantrum could be nothing more than a way to get his name in the headlines ahead of his appearance on The Ultimate Fighter, scheduled to premiere Tuesday night on ESPN. Of course, it’s altogether possible that the Irishman simply cracked open another batch of Proper No. 12 and had a few hours to kill.
