Video: Conor McGregor Grapples With Marcelo Gracia Black Belt Dillon Danis Ahead of UFC 202

After Conor McGregor had to sit awkwardly sit as Nate Diaz walked into the UFC 196 post-fight presser, he knew he had work to do. McGregor told the media all the mistakes he made and promised that, with adjustments, he could beat Diaz. Well, it looks like he is doing all he can to make those adjustments by hiring Dillon Danis.

They’ve been putting in “scary hours” and McGregor continually branches out his training with others while still at home in Straight Blast Gym. There is still a dark chasm between the Irish One Punch Man’s ground game and Diaz’s absolute grand wizard chess play. Will the training with the Marcelo Gracia black belt be enough? Some of us do not think so…

Even if Danis tapped Joe Lauzon, Kron Gracie beat Garry Tonon and Tonon beat Danis. That’s MMA- I mean, submission grappling math. Oh and of course, weed beats all. There you go, maybe McGregor needs to be hiring Snoop Dogg.
