Conor McGregor appeared before a High Court jury on Tuesday morning to address allegations that he sexually assaulted a woman during an incident at a Dublin hotel in 2018.
Nikita Ni Laimhim, the plaintiff who requested to be referred to as Nikita Hand, is alleging that the UFC star raped her at the Beacon Hotel in Ireland. She is seeking damages upwards of $2 million for lost wages, a change of homes, and medical expenses after suffering psychological and emotional damage caused by the alleged attack.

Hand’s testimony shed some light on the disturbing allegations of what may have occurred that evening.
“He was coming onto me,” Hand stated per the Irish Mirror. “He started to try kiss me, rubbing my face. I knew what he was looking for… ‘I don’t feel comfortable Conor’… I said no, I don’t feel comfortable. I know of Dee, I know her family… I didn’t want to have sex and I wasn’t there for anything like that.
“He just wasn’t taking no for an answer. He then pinned me onto the bed. Kept telling me to, ‘Relax, babe’… I remember putting my arms up against my chest. He just kept pushing his weight down on top of me.”
Conor McGregor Will Face No Criminal Charges For Alleged Assault
After McGregor escaped criminal charges, Hand filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the Irish megastar in 2021 which also named James Lawrence as one of McGregor’s accomplices.
“I remember [the] security guard over the window and another security guard closing the door between the two rooms,” she continued. “I remember panicking. Why is there three men in the room and I’m the only one in here?
“I also remember walking into the bedroom area and I remember walking the two rooms looking around and Conor was in the bathroom and he said something inappropriate to me. He told me to, ‘S*ck on that’.”
Emergency room gynecologist Dr. Daniel Kane also provided testimony on Tuesday adding that Hand appeared to have “several injuries” that were “consistent with the outline of events” following an examination after the alleged incident. Kane also testified to removing a tampon “wedged at the very, very top” of the plaintiff during her ER visit.
