Colby Covington Claims Jon Jones Is On Steroids Since College!

Colby Covington has turned from an abuser into a victim in a very short period of time. Jon Jones was his abuser… His college years left huge trauma, and brave Covington decided to open up his soul and talk about former UFC Light Heavyweight champions’ roid rage issues, drug abuse, and verbal threats… Is it possible that Covington dies that much for attention? (via MMAMania.com)

Colby Covington is known as a controversial Donald Trump supporter. He is known for trash-talking, just remember what he said to Joe Rogan!

According to Covington’s story, he was afraid of Jones like a devil. When Jon Jones was coming in the middle of the night from a party, poor Colby Covington was tortured. Jon Jones was “humiliating him with dish-washing demands in the middle of the night”.

“He just started doing steroids and always freaking had roid rage,” Covington told The Jim & Sam Show. “He’d come home and he’d yell at me, ‘Oh what the fuck are you doing Colby, do the dishes’ and he would just like freak out.”

Covington spent two years with Jon Jones at Iowa Central Community College. Both fighters won junior college national wrestling titles. He also claims the former champ has been doing drugs since college. How the hell could Jones even train on a regular basis when he was so busy with partying?

“He was wrestling at 197 [pounds], he was a national champ in junior college and he was trying to move up and go to heavyweight,” Covington said. “So he thought he had to do a cycle of roids and I just lost a lot of respect for him. He started partying a lot, doing Ecstasy, doing all these drugs and the rest of history. He’s been doing them since college.”

This time, Covington claims his remarks are not just baseless accusations. Colby also says many fighters know for this habit of Jon Jones.

“I think a lot of people knew. He was wrecking Bentley’s that the UFC gave him, he [had] hookers in the back of his car partying, cocaine bingers all night and then he was fighting the next day five-rounders,” Covington said.

“Make no mistake about it, it’s just not possible to do that at that level without putting some chemical, performance-enhancing drug in your body.”

Jon Jones is currently suspended by USADA for a failed drug test. We don’t know what is Bones destiny, but Colby Covington will face Rafael dos Anjos in the co-main event of UFC 225 on Saturday. What do you think, what is the next thing we could expect from Colby Covington?
