Former Team Alpha Male teammates Cody Garbrandt and Tj Dillashaw feud have been going on forever. They both been through the Duane Ludwig controversy, the allegations of steroid use and TJ Dillashaw injuring another TAM member in training.
Current champion Garbrandt has boasted that there exists footage of him knocking out Dillashaw in training and threatened to release the footage.
TJ Dillashaw called Garbrandt bluff and disputed the existing of the footage. For a while, the talk about the sparring footage stopped. On Thursday UFC bantamweight champion finally posted footage:
“This guy is a liar,” Garbrandt wrote on Instagram along with the video. “He said I never KO’d him, that there is no video! Also that he has never took
and he never cheap shotted a former teammate, stealing his dream from under him! “(Expletive) you TJ Dillashaw. Hey Dana White, get that knockout bonus check, I’m ready to collect it!!”
Its kinda worthless as the clip is only six seconds long and it is impossible to identify the fighters involved. Moreover, it is not certain the fighter who is struck actually knocked out.
Both rivals Garbrandt and Dillashaw will get a chance to settle their beef on November 4, Saturday at UFC 217 in the co-event at Madison Square Garden NY.
