Clay Matthews trains MMA so he can destroy quarterbacks

Clay Matthews might just be the Jon Jones of the NFL. The Green Bay Packer linebacker has collected 23.5 sacks in his first 2 years in the league and has been invited to the Pro Bowl twice. Quite an incredible feat for someone who couldn’t even get recruited to a college to play football. What gives him the edge? Like an increasing sect of professional athletes, Matthews has turned to training MMA to dominate the opposition and collect the heads of quarterbacks the NFL over. Check out this video from Fox Sports detailing some of Matthews’ work over at MMA Athletics, the place that takes multi-millionaire professional athletes and actually gets them into shape. For the record he has only sacked Jay Cutler twice in 4 games, I guess Jay has good take down defense.
