About a week ago I asked BJ Penn who would he rather fight in a grappling match, Shinya Aoki or Masakazu Imanari? Dude just laughed. Seriously, BJ Penn just laughed. After tonight I think that laugh was more like ‘Why would you even compare me to those guys?’. BJ Penn must be half mutant. Maybe even full mutant, I’m not sure. UFC should just rename the ‘Lightweight Division’ to ‘Guys that try to fight BJ Penn’.
Now we get to see Diego Sanchez vs. BJ Penn in which we can expect to hear ‘Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes…Yes, Yes, Yes’ yelled from Sanchez’s mouth as he walks in the cage. On a sidenote, you have to give it up to Kenny Florian for walking out to some Ghostface Killah from the Wu-Tang Clan. He get’s a R+ for rawesome in my book. I can’t stop using that word. I may have to go to a therapist (seriously).
