This new season is introducing us to all kinds of firsts. It’s the first time a fighter from Strikeforce will be featured as a UFC coach, the first time the show will be based on our beloved WEC-esque bantam and featherweight divisions and the first time ‘explosive’ will be used to describe fighters of all different ethnic backgrounds and racial classifications.
Along with the firsts, there’s also a few lasts. As revealed during that mind blowing UFC on FOX sports press conference last week, this is the final season for TUF on Spike TV and the last season to feature pre-recorded fights. Next season on Fuel TV will be all live fights. Goodbye Spike TV, it’s been fun and I will always cherish you for bringing us the show MANswers where I learned that having sex with my socks on is going to be a much more enjoyable experience for me. Apparently, MANswers has answers for the ladies, too.
