I have an internal BS detector. When mine goes off it makes me lower an eyebrow and twist my mouth up into a sort of twisted stinky face. I suddenly become hearing impaired and gain the power of x-ray vision. I can see right through the courier of BS standing in front of me and instead visualize myself slapping them upside the head or laughing and pointing at them as they trip over a crub and faceplant themselves on the sidewalk.
