Check out Jon Jones teaching fighting techniques to a room full of overeager Russians

This morning we will be changing the official MiddleEasy Frate Trane list to reflect Mark Hunt’s loss at UFC 160, as well as Jon Jones mixing it up with the Emelianenko brothers in Russia this past week. We have no idea why him, his agent — and Alexander Gustafsson are in the country, but it’s been leading to some pretty gnarly pics so we’re more than satisfied. Still, it’s pretty disappointing that if North Korea attacked America through a long-range missile strike, Russia would have Korea’s back and not ours in a potential World War III. It’s tough to ignore that while we at MiddleEasy appreciate the sporadic nature of Russians in combat sports, Russia acting as a country would completely try to obliterate us if teamed up with North Korea and China. It’s not even a hypothetical scenario anymore — more like a rational fear that may be realized sooner than later.

Nevertheless until that day comes when Russia eventually turns their back on us, we can still appreciate videos like this that emerge of Jon Jones teaching fighting techniques to a room full of overeager Russians. Check it out.
