Henry Cejudo Challenges Hasbulla, Abdu Rozik To Handicap Match: ‘I’ll Punt Them Both!’

Cejudo laid out a challenge for both Hasbulla and Rozik to fight him in a 2v1 handicap match.

Henry Cejudo

Henry Cejudo has his sights set on a new challenge.

Cejudo has been retired since 2020 following his TKO victory over Dominick Cruz at UFC 249.

However, “Triple C” has been yearning to come back, especially for a chance at becoming a three-weight champion by facing featherweight king Alexander Volkanovski.

He has also teased a 155 fight with Conor McGregor in recent weeks. Despite his best efforts, it doesn’t look like Cejudo will get any of his wishes anytime soon.

Luckily for Cejudo, he has another option and for once, he will be the bigger man in a fight.

Henry Cejudo Calls For Handicap Match With Hasbulla, Abdu Rozik

Cejudo has been going back-and-forth with social media sensations Hasbulla and Abdu Rozik over the past year or so with both sides teasing a fight with each other.

And after Rozuk recently called out Cejudo during an interview, the latter went one step further.

“Talk is cheap. It’s crazy how this guy is willing to call me out when he’s halfway across the world. Tell you what — how about we have a handicap match?

“Why don’t we get Abdu and Hasbulla versus Triple C and I will punt them both like they’re a pair of football.”

Of course, neither side is really serious about this and such a fight will likely never happen. For Cejudo, it’s just good publicity.

But then again, combat sports can be very crazy so one can never say never.
