Look at that, we just put Cat Zingano on the official MiddleEasy Frate Trane List and now the news broke that she had to drop out of TUF 18 due to a knee injury. Damn, we don’t think we jinxed her — but let’s face it, the Frate Trane is a dangerous locomotive, covered with an array of unsafe train protocols. We’re not that surprised Zingano injured her knee hopping on it. In fact, I stub my toe every time I give the Frate Trane a new wash.
The good news is we will get to see the rematch we never thought we wanted until it was actually presented in front of us. Miesha Tate vs. Ronda Rousey is slated for TUF 18 — and we’re only hoping that the show will garner a hearty portion of appearances by Bryan Caraway (or ‘Brian Tate’ and Ronda Rousey mistakenly called him). Check out the tweet from @UFCTonight regarding the change in coaches.
