A beef between UFC president Dana White and former UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub is becoming ugly.
Earlier today, White goes off on retired Schaub after seeing comments he made on his podcast about high expectations from kickboxers transitioning into UFC on Israel Adesanya’s Instagram page.
Adesanya also heard of those remarks took to his Instagram, which Schaub later clarified he was referring kickboxing legend Gokhan Saki, who got knockout-out at UFC 226, in no time White intervened and slammed Schaub, by calling him “a f**kin tool” and question his MMA knowledge.
Schaub didn’t let the comments of White on his MMA career slide, responded by taking a shot at his relationship with Ronda Rousey and call him bald fat guy.
Well, the war of words didn’t stop here, White met with a comment made by a fan, that focus on Schaub’s success as podcast and comedian, on that White said his friendship with Rogan is the main reason.
“He’s successful? As soon as Rogan stops carrying him he’ll disappear.”
In response to that, Schaub released a lengthy statement earlier slamming White’s his inability to run the UFC without his longtime partner Fertitta brothers.

“This is hilarious. Yes, Joe Rogan one of my best friends has played a significant role in my post fight career, no doubt, you’re right about that DW. two tv shows, sold out world wide comedy tour, two successful podcast, and just booked my first major movie. Super grateful. HOWEVER, if it weren’t for the Fertitta’s loaning your ass millions of dollars to invest in an idea that wasn’t yours from the start you wouldn’t be shit. How’s it feel to know once the real businessmen/Brains left, the UFC has been a shell of its sell with you at the forefront. You’ve tried the CM Punk experiment, begging Brock to come back, and praying at night for a Conor text. Tough job to do with out Lorenzo holding your hand, making sure you don’t mess it all up. In Schaub’s post “Eskimo brother” brother refers to being intimate with a same female partner, which he is referring to his ex-girlfriend Ronda Rousey.
Even when Schaub was running his time in UFC, he was never on good terms with his ex-boss, and now things seem to get personal between two with no signs of slowing down. Schaub has been quite honest about his feeling about white and to some degree, everyone agrees that the UFC keeps struggling.
White yet has to respond to Schaub’s scathing attack. Stay tuned for more update on that.
