Brendan Allen and Christian Leroy Duncan have a new five-round assignment. The UFC announced Tuesday that Allen vs. Duncan will headline UFC Vegas 122 on Oct. 10 at Meta APEX in Las Vegas.
The matchup gives the middleweight division another ranked fight while the top of 185 pounds keeps shifting. Allen enters at 27-7, while Duncan brings a 15-2 record and the biggest UFC main-event slot of his career.

Allen And Duncan Get A Middleweight Main Event
Allen has stayed busy across MMA and grappling. He recently added a submission win over Magomedrasul Gasanov at ACBJJ 22, but this UFC booking is the one that can push him back toward the upper middleweight traffic if he keeps his streak moving.
Duncan has quietly rebuilt his UFC run after an uneven start. His July win over Jared Cannonier at UFC Oklahoma City gave him a veteran name on the record, and the UFC is now handing him a headliner instead of slow-walking the next step.
The fight also lands in a division where callouts are flying every week. Dricus Du Plessis and Khamzat Chimaev recently had their own title lane, Caio Borralho has been asking for a top-10 return, and the UFC 334 conversation already has contenders trying to grab space before the calendar closes.
