Happy Holidays, grapplers. ‘Tis certainly the season … for improving your grappling game and spending more time enriching your life in friendly combat on the mat. Let’s get this going.

Dean Lister aka the “Boogieman” is a master of the kind of thing you’re about to see below. And, by thing, I mean lockflowing (I just made that a verb) a chain of gnarly submissions from a specific position. For a BJJ guy, he often has a very catch-style approach (i.e., speaking generally, seeking subs from any/all positions). Mr. Demolisher could certainly tell you more about this, but you’re stuck with me. So, check out this painful armlock you get when your opponent straightens his arm in defense of the kimura from side control.

Huge props to Leicester MMA for pointed us in the right direction, so you all could see this fine technique from one of the world’s best.
