Blast to the Past: Dana White says he will never raise the price of UFC PPVs

In lieu of the article we published yesterday on the UFC raising the price of their PPVs starting with UFC 168, I thought it would be appropriate to hop in our time machine designed by H.G. Wells and take a trip back to UFC 96 inside the pre-fight media scrum on 2009. Dana White makes several statements regarding the UFC, but most importantly he swears that the price of a UFC PPV will never rise.

Now fast-forward four years into the future (and 72 numbered UFC events later) and the MMA world has now seen a $5 price hike in PPV costs, starting with UFC 168. Damn, what a depressing installment of Blast to the Past. Check out the video after the jump.
