BJ Penn Vs Ryan Hall Might Happen Until The End Of 2018

The Former Two-Division Champion BJ Penn Might Make A Spectacular Comeback Versus Ryan Hall

It looks like the former two-division champion, BJ Penn, still doesn’t think about hanging up his gloves. According to ESPN, UFC wants the fight between BJ Penn and Ryan Hall! There is a solid chance this spectacular UFC Lightweight showdown might occur in December or even November this year! The fight looks fair when we consider the fact both fighters didn’t compete for a period of time!

BJ Penn (16-12-2 MMA, 12-11-2 UFC) has had his last fight versus Dennis Siver at UFC Fight Night 112 on June 25, 2017. He was defeated via controversial majority decision. At the moment, BJ Penn is on a very cold streak. After the draw versus Jon Fitch at UFC 127 on February 27, 2011, Penn lost five matches in a row! He was won by Rory MacDonald, Frankie Edgar, Nick Diaz, and Yair Rodriguez. He won for the last time at UFC 123 on November 20, 2010, via KO. It was eight years ago!

Ryan Hall (6-1 MMA, 2-0 UFC) won Artem Lobov, Conor McGregor’s teammate and sparring partner, via unanimous decision. Their match happened at The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale on December 11, 2015. He earned one more unanimous decision victory versus the former UFC superstar, Gray “The Bully” Maynard. The two fought at The Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale on December 3, 2016. Hall hasn’t fought since.

Ryan Hall is an outstanding grappler and BJJ/grappling expert. On the other side, The Prodigy has outstanding ground skills too. When it comes to striking, BJ Penn should have a slight advantage. What are your thoughts on this? Who is your favorite if this fight happens? Will BJ Penn finally earn a victory?
