Last night was all about pouring a bowl of Sour Cream & Onion potato chips and huddling around a laptop screen with your friends to watch the UFC prelims. It may have been the most historic evening of MMA in history, but we all spent it the same way we watch every other event; via choppy web-stream. Props to the UFC for keeping us geeking out within the confines of our living rooms for the entire night. By the time the UFC on FOX broadcast started, you were already 4-10 beers deep and probably missed the only blunder of the evening, which I conveniently captured and placed on YouTube for you.
That makes two consecutive UFC events where a fan has entered the cage. It’s times like these that the original plans for UFC 1 with the moat/draw-bridge may not be such a bad idea.
