In fact if you even uttered that phrase or were dragging a little at the beginning of the week, Nelson would take you down and submit you in less than five seconds.

Originally booked versus John Hathaway at UFC 189, Nelson is now scheduled to take on striking man-beast Brandon Thatch at the Las Vegas event. To conquer a beast you must think like one. Nelson and little Gunni get in touch with their hunter-gather side by eating fresh Icelandic sheep face. Sprinkle some hot sauce on it, wolf it down, and you to can start your day off the Nelson way.
