The main event of RAF 7 was never going to be calm. And shocker, it wasn’t.

Arman Tsarukyan walked in as the guy everyone respects for actual elite skill. On the other side, Georgio Poullas showed up again with the same idea as last time, survive, stall, scramble, repeat, and hope something chaotic saves the day.

It didn’t.

Round One: Mild Chaos, Maximum Pummeling

Both men started low and tense like they were about to wrestle a tax audit instead of each other. Early shots came from Poullas, but Tsarukyan was already reading everything like a slow internet connection.

Tie ups came and went. Shots got stuffed. Nothing clean, nothing flashy, just two guys fighting for inches like it was a parking spot in downtown Tampa.

Tsarukyan kept pressing forward, forcing position battles, while Poullas did just enough to avoid getting completely run over. The referee eventually stepped in with a shot clock call against Poullas, handing Tsarukyan the first point.

Not explosive. Just controlled frustration.

Tsarukyan leads 1–0.

Round Two: Delays, Complaints, and More Stalling Energy

Before the second period even properly started, Poullas’ corner took their sweet time. Tape, water, waiting, more waiting. The crowd was already booing like they were personally offended by the concept of pacing.

When action finally returned, Tsarukyan immediately went back to business. Forward pressure. Hand fighting. Constant contact.

Poullas stayed defensive, circling and tying up just enough to avoid danger but never really attacking with purpose. The referee had seen enough and hit him with another shot clock warning. Another point for Tsarukyan.

Poullas tried a few reactive shots, but nothing stuck. Tsarukyan even threatened a clean double, forcing a scramble, but Poullas barely survived the exchange.

Still, the score kept drifting in one direction.

Tsarukyan leads 2–0.

Round Three: Things Finally Get Weird

The final round decided to wake up.

Tsarukyan kept pushing, eventually forcing Poullas backward and scoring again off position control. Then Poullas finally shot properly, and things immediately turned messy.

A bad exchange led to a scramble, a reversal, and suddenly both men were trading points like they were settling a bar tab.

Poullas grabbed a takedown. Tsarukyan reversed for exposure. Then Poullas pushed out. The scoreboard kept moving, but so did the chaos.

And then, just when it looked like things might stay close, Tsarukyan timed a late sequence perfectly, spun behind, locked control, and dumped Poullas hard to seal it.

That was the final statement. No debate left.

Official Result

Arman Tsarukyan defeats Georgio Poullas via points 9–3 at RAF 7

Post Match Energy: Confidence + Callout Mode

After the win, Tsarukyan spoke to Chael Sonnen and made his goals very clear, basically collecting championships like they are limited edition sneakers.

He also gave credit where it was due, acknowledging the matchup had its moments despite all the chaos.

Then came the usual finishing move: a callout.

Colby Covington got targeted directly, with Tsarukyan saying he wants him next and promising to settle it inside competition, not microphones.
