Arman Tsarukyan ended up in another viral moment outside the UFC cage when he put a fan unconscious during a live stream appearance. The lightweight contender appeared on a Kick stream with influencer Clavicular, where a volunteer named Shoovy agreed to let Tsarukyan apply a choke.
Before Tsarukyan locked it in, he asked:
“Are you scared?”
Shoovy answered, “Yes, I am,” and then added, “But f*ck it. I probably won’t die. I’m just thinking I hope I wake up.”
Tsarukyan then asked Shoovy to say he would not sue him, and Shoovy replied:
“I’m not going to sue you. Unless I die.”
The live stream went sideways in a matter of seconds
It only took a few seconds for Tsarukyan to put Shoovy to sleep with the choke. As Shoovy dropped and lay on the floor, Clavicular reacted by saying, “Oh shit, is he dead?” Shoovy recovered shortly after and was able to sit back up.

The moment was strange, but it fits the way Tsarukyan has stayed busy outside the UFC lately. He recently competed at RAF 7 against Georgio Poullas and is already booked for RAF 8 against Urijah Faber. While his UFC future remains unsettled, he keeps finding ways to stay in the headlines.
This one had nothing to do with rankings or matchmaking. It was just Tsarukyan showing what happens when someone volunteers to feel a real choke from one of the best lightweights in the world.
