Anderson is NOT having surgery and COULD fight in November

Remember that one time when you thought Anderson Silva was human? After his theatrical exhibition during UFC 103, we all started to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Anderson Silva was in fact not human…dude only masqueraded as a human. Anderson Silva just patrols The Matrix as an Agent who occasionally gets in the cage to show everyone why life is awesome if you take the red pill. If you look real close at that picture, you can see Agent Smith kicking it in the background rocking his Ray Bands. Matrix Reloaded wasn’t a sequel. It was a warning to let us know if we see Anderson Silva, don’t fight…just run as fast as possible. Last week we lied and said Anderson Silva was undergoing surgery and will be out until 2010. Forgive us for that lonely fart that resided in our brain. We can assure you it’s out now. Here’s what Kevin Iole of Yahoo! Sports said about Ed Soares who was talking about Anderson Silva (communication chains are for rich people).

“I spoke to Ed Soares, Silva’s manager, and contrary to published reports, Silva has not had surgery on his elbow and is not in any way incapable of fighting in November if he’s offered a fight. Soares said he hasn’t spoken to Silva about fighting Couture yet, and stressed that such a fight has never been discussed with the UFC. But he did say, “Anderson wants to fight the biggest and the best fighters out there and Randy Couture falls into that category. After Anderson saw the way he fought Rodrigo Nogueira, he said he became an even bigger Randy Couture fan.” I’m guessing the two will fight eventually.”

Maybe Hendo will get his wish and bang against Agent Silva before the year is up. Better yet, maybe Dana White will glamor Silva into a fight with Machida before 2010. Regardless, there’s one thing we know for sure…dude can dodge bullets. [Source]
