I don’t watch football. I just want to get that out of the way. I kind of think that it’s funny that FOX unleashed the Goldberg upon an unwilling sport and a group of fans who might not be familiar with just how bad Mike Goldberg’s commentary can be. When people were upset over how bad Goldie was on Sunday I couldn’t help but laugh because, well, we knew that it would be terrible.
Anyway, next week Mike Goldberg was scheduled to do commentary on the Buffalo Bills/Minnesota Vikings game, but after he received pretty much nothing but piss poor reviews and took to Twitter to very publicly insult the naysayers it looks like Mike Goldberg’s stint as a NFL announcer has come and gone in a heartbeat.
The question is how come we still have to put up with him? Why can’t the UFC fans be treated better than this? WHY!?
