Alistair Overeem vs. Bigfoot Silva at UFC 156? We’ll watch it

I had a long conversation with Alistair Overeem last week and after nearly an hour of arduous arguing, I convinced The Reem that he should use Lil Debbie’s ‘Michelle Obama’ for his walkout music in his next fight. After he heard the catchy hook of the song, it didn’t take much convincing at all. In fact, Alistair Overeem is probably going to take all the credit for it when the audience at UFC 156 hears the melodic sound of ‘frozen femurs in the freezer.’ That’s an actual lyric — and you’re right, it makes no sense.

So we all know that Bigfoot Silva and Alistair Overeem had their fair amount of beef over the past few months. If you ask Overeem, there was never beef — only horse meat. Hah, see instead of beef I said horse meat since Alistair Ove…alright, you get it. It wasn’t that clever. Some people thought it was, but unfortunately they’re not here right now. They already read this article and are on to bigger and better things, like realizing that Bigfoot Silva vs. Alistair Overeem is expected for UFC 156 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, a bout between Overeem and Bigfoot is planned for the Superbowl weekend card however the fight is contingent on the Nevada State Athletic Commission reinstating his license. Literally all Alistair Overeem has to do is appear at the commission meeting and reapply for his license — so let’s he doesn’t oversleep that day. Whoops, let me fix that — Overeemsleep. Hah, see instead of just saying ‘oversleep’ I used…alright, you get it.
