Alexander Gustafsson Calls Jon Jones On Instagram

Alexander Gustafsson Claims His Fight Versus Jon Jones Is “The Only One That Makes Sense” At The Moment

Jon Jones will be eligible to fight at the end of the October. After a year or agony, he slipped through with an only 15-month ban by USADA. Despite Jon Jones made some catastrophic errors in the hearing, it didn’t cost him too much. Considering the fact Bones is a repeated offender, he was very lucky this time!

Knowing the fact Bones will be eligible for UFC 230, The Mauler decided to call him on social media. Take a look what Alexander Gustafsson wrote on his Instagram account.

”Who would u fight if not me champ @jonnybones?! That’s the only fight that makes sense right now! Why wait let’s do it.. let me beat u one more time.”

This call actually makes sense. The two have already fought at UFC 165 on September 21, 2013. But it was The Fight Of The Night! Alexander Gustafsson shocked the world that day. Despite he was an underdog he stepped in inside the Octagon and fought! The Mauler even hit Jon Jones with a spinning back elbow once. The Viking also became the first man who took Bones down in a UFC fight. Jones won the fight via unanimous decision but this was one of Gustafsson’s best fights in the whole career! Five rounds of total war.

Dana White constantly repeats Jon Jones won’t headline UFC 230. Tyron Woodley pulled out of Colby Covington showdown. UFC 230 still has no main event. Dana White is known for changing his statements very often so you never know what might happen next.

But Jon Jones Vs Alexander Gustafsson would definitively be an amazing match. Would you like to see it soon? Do you believe that The Mauler can become the first man to defeat Bones via KO or TKO?
