Alex Pereira dropped a Brazilian YouTuber with a brutal body blow while wearing a bunny suit—because why the hell not?
When ‘Poatan’ is inside the Octagon, he’s all business. But when he’s not stacking bodies while defending his light heavyweight title, Pereira likes to have a good time, whether it’s pranking his friend and coach Glover Teixeira, or apparently dressing up as a cute little rabbit and punching some internet celebrities.
During a recent appearance on Podpah, the UFC fan favorite delivered was asked to punch the host in the body. Smartly, the host opted to wear some protective gear, but that didn’t stop the blow from sending him crashing to the floor and writing in pain.

Alex Pereira Not Expected to Fight Again Until 2025
Last month, Pereira defended his 205-pound title for the third time in 2024, scoring a fourth-round TKO against Khalil Rountree in the UFC 307 headliner. Before that, ‘Poatan’ put away Jamahal Hill in the opening round of their showdown at UFC 300 before adding another highlight-reel knockout to his victory via an insane head-kick KO against Jiri Prochazka just two months later.
With Belal Muhammad bowing out of his UFC 310 title fight against Shavkat Rakhmonov, the promotion was reportedly looking toward ‘Poatan’ to save another event by defending his gold against top-ranked contender Magomed Ankalaev.
Unfortunately, that will not be the case after revealing that he suffered a hand injury during his clash with Rountree that will likely keep him on the shelf until sometime in early 2025.
